Belphegor is the active one when it comes to love. This is because if he doesn't wash himself in order from the top, he gets confused and forgets what to wash. He starts his baths by washing his hair. If the Devildom disappears tomorrow, he'll sleep first and think about it later. His future dream is to travel around the world with Beel and MC, all three of them. Belphegor's motto is "Children who sleep more grow faster.". In the chat Hostile Response 1, Belphegor becomes annoyed with Asmodeus after he says "Let's go beddy-byes, Belphie-kins!". Belphegor dislikes being talked to like a baby and the use of "baby talk" in general. In the chat You Have to Try This New Game!, he says he dislikes games that require a lot of grinding. This includes folding laundry, as he states in Switching House Chores 1. Due to Belphegor's status as the Avatar of Sloth, he dislikes anything that requires too much effort. However, according to his birthday feature in the RAD Newspaper, he prefers dogs over cats. In the Devilgram Seven Rulers of Hell, Belphegor claims to be a cat person. In the phone call Imaginary Date, Belphegor tells MC that he likes the Devildom Botanical Garden. In the Pop Quiz Valentine's Day Showdown, Belphegor says that he prefers white chocolate over other types. He also loves sushi, as mentioned in the Devilgram What Sort of Cake? and correlating with his favorite Surprise Guest food, the Family Pack Sushi. According to Beelzebub in the chat Who's the Culprit?, Belphegor loves Quetzalcoatl brains. As stated in Issue 5 of the RAD Newspaper, Belphegor enjoys "chill" piano music. This is based on the title of his Japanese card " The Yandere Seventh-Born" (" The Catnapping Seventh-Born" in English).Īs seen in both the Devilgram Searching for Jack and in the chat Belphie's Artistic Skills, Belphegor has no artistic skill. Additionally, it's mentioned by several of his brothers that he has the ability to manipulate them as well, using this ability to get out of things he finds tedious. It wasn't until MC identified him as Belphegor by recognizing his portrait that he admitted his identity. 
He is naturally manipulative and a great actor, posing to MC as a human prisoner of Lucifer's when they first met. He isn't the type to say sorry or accept apologies from others, for he sees an action or gesture as an act of forgiveness far stronger than words.īelphegor is rebellious and he does not care for any higher authorities, especially Diavolo and his whims. He also lies about the fact that he doesn't like to be pet.
